We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers may provide us with limited transaction information, such as:

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to display products, process orders and operate our store.

8. Google Ads

We use Google Ads to advertise Artemora Learning products and services to adults and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.

Google Ads and related Google technologies may process:

• Cookie, browser and device identifiers;

• Approximate geographic location;

• Browser and device information;

• Advertisement impressions, clicks and interactions;

• Website visits and page views;

• Product views;

We may use Google Ads conversion measurement to determine whether someone performed an action after viewing or interacting with an advertisement, such as:

We do not represent or imply that Google sponsors, endorses or is formally affiliated with Artemora Learning merely because we use Google’s advertising or merchant services.

9. Google Merchant Center and Shopping Listings

We use Google Merchant Center to submit and manage information about our products for display in Google Shopping advertisements, free product listings and other Google surfaces.

Information supplied to Google Merchant Center may include:

• Product images;

• Product identifiers;

• Prices and availability;

• Product-condition information;

• Shipping costs and delivery information;

• Return-policy information;

• Landing-page URLs;

• Business name and website information;

• Other product, store or fulfilment information required to operate the service.

When a person interacts with a Google product listing or Shopping advertisement, Google may collect information about that interaction under its own privacy policy. If the person visits our website, we may receive campaign or referral information and may measure subsequent website or purchase activity as described in this Privacy Policy.

Our use of Google Merchant Center does not mean Google manufactures, sells, endorses or guarantees our products. Artemora Learning is independently responsible for the products sold through our website.

We seek to keep product prices, availability, shipping terms, return terms and other material information presented through Google consistent with the information displayed on our website. The terms presented on our website at checkout govern purchases made directly from Artemora Learning, subject to applicable law.

10. Meta Advertising

We use advertising and measurement services provided by Meta Platforms, including services associated with Facebook and Instagram.

These services may include the Meta Pixel, conversion measurement or other Meta Business Tools. Depending on our configuration, your privacy choices and applicable law, Meta may receive or process:

11. TikTok Advertising

We use TikTok Ads and related TikTok advertising and measurement technologies to advertise Artemora Learning products to adults and measure campaign performance.

Depending on our configuration, your privacy choices and applicable law, TikTok may receive or process:

• Internet Protocol address;

• Browser and device information;

• Cookie and device identifiers;

• Pages and products viewed;

• Website interactions;

• Shopping-cart and checkout activity;

• Purchase and conversion events;

12. Optional Advertising Features

Some advertising platforms provide optional features such as enhanced conversion measurement, advanced matching, customer-list matching, lookalike audiences and the uploading or transformation of customer contact information.

We will use such a feature only if it is enabled in our account and we determine that its use is appropriate under applicable law. Where required, we will obtain consent or provide any additional notice required for that feature.

We do not claim in this Privacy Policy that every optional feature offered by Google, Meta or TikTok is currently enabled.

13. Email and Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our mailing list, request marketing communications or otherwise provide valid consent, we may use your name, email address and engagement information to send:

• Product announcements;

• Educational content;

• Special offers;

• Promotions;

• News and business updates; and

• Abandoned-cart or product-related reminders where permitted.

You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related messages concerning an order, account, safety notice or customer-support request.

14. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

We may use a third-party review service, including Judge.me or a similar provider, to collect and display product reviews.

Children should not make purchases, submit forms, subscribe to marketing communications, create customer accounts or provide personal information to us without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly use our website advertising technologies to build advertising profiles of children. Our advertising campaigns are intended to reach adults who may be interested in educational products for children.

If we learn that a child has provided personal information through our website without appropriate parental involvement or consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information where required.

• Meta, including Facebook and Instagram, for advertising, measurement, attribution, audience services and campaign optimization;

• TikTok, for advertising, measurement, attribution, audience services and campaign optimization;

• Apple, Google, Amazon and other app marketplaces;

• Email, customer-support, review and communication service providers;

• Website hosting, data-storage, information-technology and security providers;

• Accountants, insurers, auditors, lawyers and professional advisers;

• Government agencies, regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities when legally required;

• A buyer, investor, lender or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed corporate transaction; and

• Other parties when you direct us or provide consent.

Service providers are permitted to process information for the services they provide and may also have independent legal obligations or permitted purposes described in their own privacy policies.

19. Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain disclosures of cookie, device, website-interaction or advertising information to services such as Google, Meta and TikTok.

Where those definitions apply, our use of advertising pixels, audience services or cross-context advertising may be treated as a sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising even though we do not receive money in exchange for the information.

20. International Processing

Artemora Learning is based in Canada. Some of our service providers—including Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple and Amazon—may process or store information in Canada, the United States and other countries.

As a result, personal information may be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed and may be accessible to courts, governments, regulators or law-enforcement authorities in that jurisdiction.

We use service providers with the expectation that they will process information according to applicable contractual, legal and security requirements.

Your selections may be browser- or device-specific. Clearing cookies or using another browser or device may require you to make your selections again.

Blocking cookies does not necessarily prevent all server-side, aggregate or legally permitted measurement.

26. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to all such signals, our website may not respond to every Do Not Track setting.

Where required by applicable law and technically supported, we may recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, for the browser and device transmitting the signal.
