What is the ABC Adventure Kit?

The ABC Adventure Kit is a hands-on alphabet learning set designed to help children ages 3–6 build early literacy and writing skills through play. Children can match colourful uppercase and lowercase magnetic letters to the guided alphabet boards, practise letter formation and pencil control on reusable tracing sheets, and use the blank magnetic surfaces to build simple words.

Because the tracing sheets can be wiped clean and used again, children can repeat activities as often as needed, helping reinforce letter recognition, fine motor skills, confidence and independent learning. With multiple ways to match, trace, spell and create, the kit grows with children as they progress from recognising letters to forming them and building their first words.

Return and Refund Policy

We want families to feel confident ordering from Artemora Learning.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused ABC Adventure Kits within 30 days of delivery, as long as the original packaging is intact, unopened and the item is in resellable condition.

To start a return, please contact us at support@artemoralearning.com with your order number or start a return from your customer account if you created one.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges and payment fees are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Missing, Damaged, or Incomplete Items

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a missing part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@artemoralearning.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible. Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement part or replacement kit.

Opened or Used Kits

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used kits unless the item arrived defective, damaged, incomplete, or with a missing part. If your kit arrives with any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement part or replacement kit.

Safety Information

The ABC Adventure Kit is designed for children ages 3 and older. Adult supervision is recommended during use.

Product samples were independently tested by SGS and passed the applicable Canadian requirements assessed for:

  • Physical and mechanical safety
  • Flammability
  • Magnetic-toy safety
  • Restricted toxic substances
  • Lead, mercury and soluble heavy metals in surface coatings
  • Total lead content
  • Phthalates

The dry-erase marker formulation also passed a toxicological risk assessment under the applicable Canadian requirements assessed.

Use all kit components only as intended. Do not allow children to place the letters, markers or other components in their mouths. Inspect the kit regularly and discontinue use of any component that becomes damaged.

Care Instructions

To help keep the ABC Adventure Kit clean, reusable and in good condition:

  • Wipe the magnetic EVA foam letters and magnetic boards gently with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not soak the letters, boards or pouch, and do not place any part of the kit in a dishwasher or washing machine.
  • Dry all pieces completely before storage.
  • Use only dry-erase markers on the reusable tracing sheets.
  • Wipe the tracing sheets clean after use with a soft, dry cloth or suitable dry-erase eraser. For stubborn marks, use a lightly damp cloth and dry the sheet immediately.
  • Do not use permanent markers, pens, crayons or abrasive cleaners on the tracing sheets or boards.
  • Replace marker caps securely after each use to help prevent the ink from drying out.
  • Store markers horizontally when possible and keep them away from excessive heat.
  • Keep the reusable tracing sheets dry and avoid bending, folding or creasing them.
  • Store the magnetic letters in the included pouch when not in use to help prevent pieces from being lost.
  • Keep the kit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heaters and other sources of heat.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, alcohol-based cleaners and rough scrubbing, as these may damage printed or coated surfaces.
  • Inspect the kit regularly. Discontinue use of any component that becomes torn, cracked, split, loose or otherwise damaged.

Animal Pals is Artemora Learning’s playful digital learning app where children meet animals, hear their sounds, discover fun facts and practise spelling their names.

The ABC Adventure Kit brings that learning off-screen. After meeting an animal in the app, children can use their magnetic letters to build its name, spell its food etc. through hands-on play.
