Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Options (Canada) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days)
International Shipping We currently do not ship outside Canada.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Artemora Learning is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@artemoralearning.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@artemoralearning.com with your order number. We will review the issue and may work with the shipping carrier to help resolve it.
Artemora Learning is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school etc), please allow additional processing/shipping time.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@artemoralearning.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged packaging and product if possible.
Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement part, replacement kit, or another suitable resolution.
